Due to regulatory requirements which take effect in August, members who would like to continue receiving ALL of the benefits of Courtesy Pay must take action. In order for Kent County Credit Union to authorize payment
of everyday debit card and ATM transaction on an overdrawn checking account, you must opt in for this coverage.
If you are a current user of our Courtesy Pay overdraft services, YOU MUST TAKE ACTION to continue receiving the same level of service you enjoy today. Please review the Opt-In Form.
When you're ready to take action, we provide you with several ways to Opt-In.
Log into It’s Me 247 online banking and select "Preferences", then select "My Overdraft Services", and follow the screen prompts.
Stop in to any KCCU location.
